Ivan Tomic

Ivan grew up in Serbia, where the whole-beast spit roast isn't catering — it's culture. Every celebration, every family gathering, every village feast revolved around the fire, the spit, and hours of slow, patient cooking.

He brought that tradition to Adelaide, along with the discipline to source only the finest local produce. The free-range Berkshire pigs come from SchuAm Farm in Freeling. The charcoal is Australian mallee lump — local, clean-burning, and the only fuel worth using. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is shortcuts.
